Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) They are over 18 years old and have no gender limit; 2) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 50% (echo); 3) Patients with chronic heart failure and NYHA class II or above have symptoms of chest tightness / shortness of breath / fatigue / hyperhidrosis; 4) Definite diagnosis of coronary heart disease (including history, clinical symptoms, signs, imaging examination); 5) Understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) NYHA class I patients had no clinical symptoms; 2) Patients who planned to undergo revascularization in recent 2 months; 3) Patients preparing for heart transplantation or CRT; 4) Patients with acute pulmonary edema or acute hemodynamic disorder; 5) Patients with strict liquid intake limit not exceeding 500ml / day; 6) Women who have or plan to become pregnant; 7) Those who have participated in any drug clinical trials within the first 3 months; 8) The survival time was less than 2 months; 9) According to the investigator's judgment, the patient could not complete the study or could not comply with the requirements of this study.
