Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3); 2) TCM syndrome differentiation is characterized by spleen-deficiency syndrome and deficiency of qi and blood; 3) Patients who take western medicine for a long time with poor effect or fail to take medicine; 4) Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney injuries, blood and respiratory diseases and severe mental diseases; 2) Those with infectious diseases such as liver disease and AIDS and those who have not recovered from severe trauma; 3) People with severe digestive diseases and malnutrition. 4) Pregnant or lactating women. 5) Not suitable for application therapy.
