18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-80 years old; 2. first stroke, onset time 2 weeks to 6 months, general condition is stable; 3. no obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE >=25 points); 4. unilateral upper limb or hand motor dysfunction (Brunnstrom hand part stage I-IV); 5. right handedness according to Edinburgh Handedness questionnaire; 6. accuracy of mental rotation test >=75%; 7. not participant in other research in the same period; the informed consent form should be read and signed by the patient or his immediate family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe spasticity (modified Ashworth spasticity scale > 2 points); 2. Obvious pain in hemiplegic limbs (10 points - digital pain analog scale > 4 points); 3. Obvious sensory dysfunction, aphasia, unilateral neglect, apraxia or audiovisual impairment; 4. Epilepsy or severe failure of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system were found; 5. There were contraindications of fMRI scanning, such as metallic foreign body, claustrophobia, etc; 6. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Those who can't complete the basic course of treatment and have poor compliance (that is, they can't adhere to the treatment); 8. Non local patients can not be followed up.
