Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary blood sugar caused by nephrotic syndrome, hypothyroidism, renal failure, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, myeloma, glycogen accumulation, lipodystrophy, acute porphyria and polycystic ovary syndrome , Patients with abnormal blood lipids and blood pressure. 2. Patients with abnormal blood glucose and lipids caused by drugs (phenothiazines, ß-blockers, adrenal corticosteroids, etc.) 3. After treatment, the systolic blood pressure is still >= 180mmHg or the diastolic blood pressure is still>= 110mHg. 4. The blood glucose is still >= 11.1mmol/L after drug treatment. 5. After oral drug treatment, TC >= 6.22mmol/L (240 mg/d L) or LDL-C >= 4.92 mmol/L (190mg/d L) or TG >= 3.39 mmol/L. 6. Patients with malignant tumors, severe heart disease, blood system disease, cerebrovascular accident, severe trauma or major surgery. 7. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or who plan to become pregnant during the trial period or whose spouse plans to become pregnant. 8. People with allergies, possible allergies to this medicine, or mental illness. 9. Others who cannot cooperate for a long time.
