Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Observing the 7-day Taoist fasting during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020; 2. Voluntarily participating and signing the informed consent. 3. Voluntarily exressing their true feeling about the fasting experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with communication disordrs failing to cooperate with researchers.
