Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients undergoing unilateral hip fracture surgery under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia were selected, including femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, or subtrochanteric fracture; b. Aged >= 70 years old, regardless of gender; c. ASA physical status II or III; d. Sign informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as severe valve disease, pulmonary artery pressure is higher than 25mmHg; b. Preoperative psychosis, MMSE score < 24; c. A history of severe dementia, alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, or moderate to severe depression; d. Recent history of brain injury or stroke (less than 3 months); e. Inability to communicate (speech or severe hearing impairment).
