Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Major cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019; 2. 2 weeks to 6 months after onset of stroke; 3. Between 18 and 75 years of age; 4. Berg balance ability scale > 40 points; 5. Complete the 6-minute walking test with a BORG score of greater than 3 or less than 7; 6. Patients or their guardian must sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. Severe dysfunction or complications of liver and kidney; 3. Peripheral facial paralysis, visual impairment, aphasia, mental disorders can not cooperate to complete the test; 4. Recent acute coronary syndrome, including myocardial infarction or unstable angina (within 4 weeks); 5. Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. ystolic blood pressure > 180 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mm Hg and resting heart rate>120 beats/min; 7. Patients who have participated in tai Chi training within 3 months; 8. MoCA scale <= 26 points.
