18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female; 2. Aged 18-65 years (including boundary value), right handedness; 3. No acupuncture treatment or more than 1 month from the last acupuncture treatment; 4. Independent behavior ability and normal nervous system examination; 5. The patient is in good health and can tolerate acupuncture and TMS examination; 6. There is no physical abnormality (such as fever and cough) in the test stage; 7. The patient can tolerate electromyography, EEG and infrared examination; 8. The informed consent has been signed voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who have a history of needle syncope; 2. People who have a history of drug abuse; 3. Some infectious cases: for example, people who have less than half a year of diarrhea, less than one year of typhoid, less than two years of brucellosis, less than three years of malaria; 4. People who have less than one week of cold and acute gastroenteritis; 5. The subject may be unable to complete the study due to other reasons or is not suitable to participate in the study according to the judgment of the investigator; 6. The subject is receiving any other drug treatment before being enrolled; 7. Severe physical diseases, such as heart disease (i.e. grade II and above) with obvious liver and kidney dysfunction (more than 3 times of normal value); 8. Women with menstrual period, pregnancy or lactation and allergic constitution; 9. People with mental or nervous system disease history; 10. People who have taken psychologic or neurologic drugs; 11. People who have cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases; 12. People who have TMS test contraindications (pacemaker, drug pump, etc.). If any of the exclusion criteria is "yes", the subjects will not be able to participate in this study.
