Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples of child-bearing age who have cohabited normally for more than two years after marriage, neither of whom has taken any contraceptive measures and the woman is not pregnant, and the woman has not been tested for worsening pregnancy obstacles, in men with abnormal semen, infertility occurs; 2. Semen analysis results indicate that the sperm concentration is less than 15 x 1000000/ml, the sperm total motility is less than 40% , or the sperm moving forward is less than 32% , while other semen tests are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AZOOSPERMIA; 2. White Blood Cells more than 1000000/ML; 3. Bacterial culture of Semen or positive for Mycoplasma and chlamydia; 4. Varicocele and testicular dysplasia; 5. Drug, Tobacco and Alcohol Abusers; 6. Genital Tract Infections; 7. Persons on medication for chronic or serious diseases accompanied by other systems; 8. Persons who can not adhere to treatment or refuse to be reviewed.
