45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for stroke and was confirmed by head CT or MRI; (2) 45 years old <= age <= 75 years old; (3) Patients whose cognitive dysfunction were identified by MMSE and MoCA; MMSE<27, MoCA<26; (4) Duration within 6 months of stroke; (5) Patients with stable condition and conscious consciousness; (6) The informed consent were signed by the patients or signed by their immediate family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment, mental disorder and other factors that affect cognitive examinations; (2) Patients with obvious mental retardation and dementia before onset; (3) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney failure, malignant tumors, gastrointestinal bleeding and other diseases; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials affecting the evaluation of the results of this study.
