18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AP; 3. Admitted to the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine within 72 hours from the onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. severe organ dysfunction; 3. HAPS score > 2; 4. Combined with any malignant tumor or history of chemoradiotherapy within 6 months; 5. perforation or bleeding of digestive tract, or intestinal obstruction, etc. which is not suitable for CQCQD administration orally or by enema; 6. acute attack of chronic pancreatitis; 7. any tumor of duodenal, billiary, pancreatic system; 8. history of pancreatectomy; 9. iatrogenic pancreatitis or being received other treatment which potentially interferes the study.
