50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 50 years; 2. The frequency of joint pain in the last month was more than 1 / 2 for patients with a duration of at least 6 months; 3. Patients with classic Kellgren Lawrence (K-L) grading of grade I to III; 4. The patients whose pain degree needs to meet the VAS score >= 5.0, and the effect of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or physical therapy is not good; 5. Patients who did not receive glucocorticoid injection in the past three months; 6. Patients who did not receive sodium hyaluronate injection in the past year; 7. Patients signing informed consent; 8. Patients who can meet the diagnostic criteria of osteoarthritis set by American College of Rheumatology (ACR).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal system: Pain caused by definite trauma or sports injury in the past three months; Mechanical or pathological fracture; Knee pain caused by lumbar disease; Knee pain caused by hip disease; In the past half a year, knee implant operation; Infectious, rheumatic, rheumatoid, ankylosing spondylitis and reactive arthritis; Pain of knee caused by gout and abnormal metabolism of calcium and phosphorus; Severe joint swelling; Rupture of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament or collateral ligament; Simple fasciitis or soft tissue strain; Polymyositis, dermatomyositis and other immune system diseases; 2. General condition: Mental disorders such as severe anxiety or depression; Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Recent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the past six months; The function of liver and kidney was abnormal; Allergic constitution; Malignant tumor, bleeding disease, etc.
