Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients aged >= 45 and 3; 4. The X-ray Kellgren and Lawrence grades of the knee joint are grade 1: the joint space is suspected to be narrowed and osteophyte may be present; 5. Patients who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of knee surgery, with tumors, tuberculosis, gout, rheumatoid and other diseases in the knee; 2. Patients with serious liver and kidney dysfunction, serious cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental disease; 3. Patients with physical pain caused by other diseases; 4. Patients who can not walk for gait data collection; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
