60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of SCD; 2. Patients aged 60-75 years; 3. There was no objective clinical damage of MCI in patients with score of Montreal cognitive function assessment scale >= 26; 4. Patients who have not been engaged in regular exercise in the last six months; 5. Patients with right handedness; 6. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension patients whose blood pressure cannot be controlled; 2. Patients with history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. Patients with cognitive decline caused by other reasons; 4. Patients with sports contraindications and low education level who can not cooperate with the test; 5. Patients with contraindications of MRI and taking drugs affecting brain imaging; 6. Patients who are participating in other study trials that affect the results of this study.
