16 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic plus acute (subacute) liver failure; 2. Patients with chronic hepatitis B liver disease; 3. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent; 4. Patients aged 16-65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any of the following conditions will not be able to participate in this study: 1. Patients with acute liver failure, subacute liver failure and chronic liver failure; 2. Chronic plus acute (subacute) liver failure caused by non HBV infected patients (including autoimmunity, drug, alcohol, poisoning, parasitism); 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with primary liver cancer; 5. Patients with other serious systemic diseases and psychosis; 6. Anti HIV positive; patients with hepatitis A, C, D, E virus or cytomegalovirus, EB virus infection; 7. Patients who used antibiotics, hormones, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy drugs, etc. in the past month; 8. Patients with severe hemorrhoids, anal stenosis and artificial anus; 9. Patients with poor compliance cannot guarantee to complete the study according to the study plan; 10. Patients taking probiotics and other microbial preparations.
