Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of CNLBP, and the duration of low back pain symptoms > 12 weeks; 2. Aged 18~60 years; 3. Cognitive function is normal and can cooperate with related rehabilitation interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have had spinal tuberculosis, space occupation or fracture before undergoing lumbar surgery; 2. Suffering from scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.; 3. Primary diseases accompanied by serious infection, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, etc.; 4. Pregnant women or lactating women; 5. Can't cooperate with Baduanjin exercises for various reasons.
