Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral infarction within 6 months; 2. Neuropsychological tests show that the patients with cognitive impairment, i.e. the confirmed impairment of one or more cognitive domains or the critical impairment of two or more cognitive domains, do not meet the diagnostic criteria of dementia. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) 17 points, primary school (education period 20 points, middle school and above (education period > 6 years) > 24 points; 3. Patients aged 18-75 years; 4. Patients with basic self-care in daily life: Barthel Index >= 60 points; 5. Patients or family members sign informed consent to cooperate with the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment before the onset of this cerebral infarction; 2. Patients who have taken cholinesterase inhibitors, citicoline sodium and other cognitive improving drugs or received cognitive improving acupuncture treatment before; 3. Patients who are unable to complete the study due to mental disorders, cognitive or emotional disorders; 4. Patients with serious heart, digestive, urinary and other life-threatening serious diseases; 5. The patient has no long-term common life or care; 6. Pregnant, planned or lactating women; 7. Patients who participated in clinical trials related to acupuncture or cognitive impairment in the past 1 month.
