Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Corresponding to the diagnostic criteria of overweight, which referred to Experts Consensus on Prevention and Treatment of Chinese Adult Obesity in 2011 and Chinese Experts Consensus on Medical Nutrition Therapists for Overweight/Obesity People in 2016, that is BMI between 24 kg/m2 and 28 kg/m2; 2. Participants aged between 18 and 45 years; 3. Participants who volunteer to the study and sign up for the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary overweight; 2. Women under lactation or pregnancy; 3. Participants who complicated with severe primary diseases of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney; 4. Participants who complicated with severe diseases such as hematological system disorders, infectious diseases, malignant tumors and so on; 5. Participants who have taken weight-loss drugs within 3 months or have weight loss more than 5% within 3 months before enrollment; 6. Participants who cannot cooperate with treatment of the study.
