Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the World Health Organization's diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in 1999; 2. Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for more than one year; 3. Patients over 60 years old; 4. The control of blood glucose was stable, that is, the HbA1c value in the past 3 months was less than 7%; 5. Patients who only use oral hypoglycemic drugs to control blood sugar; 6. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and agreed to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can't do Baduanjin Exercise due to illness; 2. Patients who are unable to wear the sensor of instant scanning blood glucose monitoring system due to local skin condition or allergy; 3. Patients who take VC, aspirin, local severe edema or peripheral blood circulation disorders, etc. to affect the blood glucose monitoring results; 4. Patients who have practiced Baduanjin regularly or other exercises regularly (those who exercise three or more times a week for 30 minutes or more each time).
