18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients, aged 18-60; 2. Those who are expected to complete the full set of eight section brocade training according to the doctor's evaluation; 3. Those who have no underlying diseases that may affect the outcome; 4. Those who did not use as related drugs or did not change the use of existing drugs for more than 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The object that the doctor thinks can't complete Baduanjin after evaluation; 2. The patients with compression fracture of lumbar vertebrae, serious protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and serious cardiopulmonary disease are not suitable for practicing Baduanjin; 3. Those who can not give full informed consent due to mental or behavioral disorders; 4. Those who suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. According to the judgment of the researchers, other diseases that may reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate the enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, are likely to cause lost visits.
