Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the western medicine diagnosis standard of chronic heart failure; 2. Patients who meet the TCM diagnostic standard of Heart Qi Yin deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure; 3. Patients willing to sign informed consent; 4. Patients with chronic heart failure younger than 85 years old; 5. The basic disease of heart failure is caused by cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to accept this study or participate in other studies in the past 1 month; 2. Patients with severe liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases and malignant tumors have poor compliance; 3. Patients with acute coronary syndrome, pulmonary embolism and acute cerebrovascular disease; 4. Organ transplant patients; 5. Patients with terminal stage cachexia.
