Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with right handedness; 2. Patients with migraine without aura; 3. Patients aged 18-55 years; 4. Patients with headache attack times >=2 times per month in the past 3 months; 5. Patients with a course of >=1 year; 6. Patients without Mrs test contraindications; 7. Patients without long-term habit of taking analgesics did not take psychoactive drugs in the past 3 months or vasoactive drugs in the past two weeks; 8. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The first attack of migraine was after 50 years old; 2. Patients with history of head injury, secondary headache, tension headache, intermittent headache, cluster headache, etc; 3. Patients with cardiovascular, hypertension, digestive, hematopoietic system, liver, kidney and other serious primary diseases; 4. Patients with psychosis, allergic constitution, easy to combine infection and bleeding; 5. Patients taking migraine prevention drugs in recent four weeks; 6. Pregnant women and lactating women; 7. Patients who can't understand the cooperation examination or other MRI taboos such as claustrophobia; 8. In the MRI scan, the patients with serious head anatomical structure asymmetry or definite lesions were found.
