Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Fit to the diagnosis standard of chronic fatigue syndrome; (2) Aged 25-65 years, male and female unlimited, right handedness; (3) Courses of disease more than 6 months; (4) Chronic fatigue state cannot be explained by the current disease; (5) No previous Taijiquan practice history; (6) Can answer and fill in the questionnaire normally, with good compliance; (7) No mental drugs taken in the past month; (8) No metal in the body, No contraindications for MRI; (9) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) It can cause the primary pathogenesis of chronic fatigue, such as hypothyroidism, hepatitis B or C virus infection (2) Chronic fatigue caused by side effects of drugs; (3) Previously diagnosed as emotional disorders and various mental disorders, such as paranoia, anorexia nervosa; (4) Suffering from serious heart, kidney, lung, liver, brain and other major diseases, and severed liver and kidney dysfunction; (5) Severe obesity, Patients with body mass index (BMI) > 45; (6) Taking vasodilators in the past two weeks; (7) Pregnant women, lactating women and menstrual women; (8) Subjects who cannot understand the cooperation examination or have other MRI taboos such as claustrophobia; (9) Subjects who found serious skull anatomical structure asymmetry or definite lesions in MRI scan; (10) Subjects who participated in similar neuroimaging test within one month.
