Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. COVID-19 patient in convalescence stage; 2. Isolation removed and home rehabilitation; 3. Have signed the informed consent and agreed to be managed by community.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the inclusion criteria but attending other studies; 2. Refusing to join the follow-up by community.
