Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke; 2. The CT/MRI examination conforms to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for cerebral infarction; 3. aged 35 to 75 years; 4. within 3 months of onset, the vital signs are stable; 5. NIHSS assessment 4-24; 6. levels out the stroke recovery in II-IV; 7. All landowners modified Ashworth spasm evaluation method to evaluate paralyzed limb muscle tension levels > 0 and IV or less; 8. The patient himself or his relatives sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage (ICH), transient ischemic attack (TIA); 2. previous motor dysfunction, such as rheumatoid arthritis, joint deformity and neuromuscular lesions and other diseases that have a direct impact on motor function; 3. with disrecognition, apraxia and other functional disorders that cannot be combined with rehabilitation training; 4. non-atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction (such as cardiogenic embolism, coagulation status, endovascular shedding, arteritis, etc.); 5. serious heart disease, heart, liver, kidney failure, malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding; Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who cannot actively cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 7. Being participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
