18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) it is in conformity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (dsm-v) . (2) regular diet, no smoking; (3) have not taken drugs or antipsychotic drugs for insomnia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, mental retardation. (2) having a history of substance dependence or abuse or a family history of mental illness; (3) severe physical diseases; (4) contraindicated MRI scan;
