18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 18 to 70 years old; 2. Patients with definite pathological diagnosis and newly diagnosed GBM; 3. Totally resected tumor evaluated by MRI within 1 month after operation; 4. KPS score >=60; 5. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2. Patients known to be allergic to research medications; 3. Children, pregnant women, mental patients and patients with other malignant tumors; 4. Patients undergoing other drug trials; 5. There are obvious factors affecting oral drug absorption, such as inability to swallow, intestinal obstruction and so on.
