20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible for Gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia (no previous history of surgery); 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to II; 3. Ages 20 to 65 years; 4. Consent to treatment and willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous significant cerebrovascular disease; 2. Patients who have been taking sedatives and anxiolytic drugs for a long time; 3. Patients with mental disorders or speech communication difficulties who cannot complete this study; 4. Infection and ulcers at the site of acupuncture; 5. Has a history of acupuncture treatment; 6. Severe heart, liver and kidney damage; 7. BMI> 35 kg / m2.
