Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients in the confirmed group met the diagnostic criteria of COVI-19.The control group excluded the suspected patients diagnosed with COVID-19; Aged>=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Without the informed consent of the patient; 3. Unable to cooperate with the information collection due to illness or other reasons.
