Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Novel coronavirus history before entering the group: (1) there were travel history or residential history in Wuhan area or other areas with local cases within 14 days before onset; (2) During the 14 days before onset, there were patients with fever or respiratory symptoms from Wuhan or other areas with persistent local cases; 2. Clinical symptoms and signs; 3. Laboratory examination and chest CT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having one of the following infections (influenza virus, parainfluenza virus, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, rhinovirus, human partial lung virus, SARS coronavirus and other known viral pneumonia); 2. Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae and bacterial pneumonia; 3. There are non infectious diseases, such as vasculitis, dermatomyositis and organic pneumonia.
