Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the SLE classification standard formulated by SLICC in 2009; 2. Aged between 14 and 65; 3. The patient was informed and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage renal disease, grade IV heart failure (NYHA classification), liver failure, sepsis, and malignant tumors; 2. Patients with severe or poorly controlled hypertension (SBP >= 160mmHg or DBP>= 90mmHg) or diabetes (HbA1c> 8%); 3. Schizophrenia or other mental illness patients who cannot fully recognize their behavior; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
