13 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. The age was between 13 and 19 years old, and the sex was unlimited, which met the diagnostic criteria; B. Have clear consciousness and understand the exercise method of Yi-jin-jing; C. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Recent history of acute trauma and other systemic diseases; B. Those who are receiving relevant treatment; C. History of neck trauma, idiopathic scoliosis, torticollis and other orthopedic diseases, cardiopulmonary diseases,motor neuron diseases, rheumatic and immune diseases.
