Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Permanent residents (at least half a year for local residents at the time of survey); 3. Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale score >= 9 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious neurological and mental system diseases; 2. Serious basic diseases of respiratory, circulatory, digestive, urinary and endocrine systems; 3. PHQ-9 Depression Scale score >= 20 points; 4. For other reasons, who can not complete the scales.
