3 Years to 8 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female children aged 3 to 8 years old; 2. Imaging examination suggests pneumonia; 3. Positive result of etiological examination of Mycoplasma pneumoniae; 4. Gene mutation at position 2063 or 2064; 5. The parents of the subjects will be signed informed consent, and to be able to cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children are associated with other serious respiratory diseases such as congenital tracheoesophageal fistula, congenital malformation, airway compression of laryngotracheal bronchomalacia and (or) stenosis, bronchial cyst, mediastinal tumor, ciliary dyskinesia; 2. Children are with severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, blood system diseases, nervous system diseases; 3. Children are to test drug allergy; 4. According to the doctor's judgment, Children are easy to cause the loss of visitors.
