Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old male and female. 2. Clinical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease 3-5(non-dialysis). 3. Master the skills of using smart phones, can install and use mobile apps by selves. 4. Sign the written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients. 2. Patients with active malignant tumors, decompensated liver cirrhosis, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system; patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 200, diastolic blood pressure >= 120) Patients whose blood pressure is difficult to control. 3. Mental disorder. 4. Those who have participated in or are undergoing other clinical trials.
