Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with 2019-nCoV confirmed by etiological examination; 2. Aged >=18 years old; 3. Pneumonia Severity Index(PSI) III-V or Oxygenation index<=300mmHg; 4. Required treatment in ICU; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. XBJ treatment started before admission to ICU; 2. Treatment with another experimental drug for 2019-nCoV; 3. Opposition to data collection by patients or their legal representative.
