Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Diagnostic standards of Western medicine: refer to Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2018; (2) Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnostic criteria: refer to the scoring criteria for the phenotype group of xin qi deficiency designed by this research group (see the attached table), and 3 attending physicians and above have made the dialectical classification, which conforms to the dialectical scoring criteria for xin qi deficiency designed by researchers; (3) Aged >=18 years; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in the experimental study and have signed the informed consent. Inclusion criteria for healthy people: (1) No internal medical diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, kidney disease, tumor; physical examination, laboratory examination, electrocardiogram examination have no obvious abnormalities (relevant examination reports can be provided for the past three months); (2) Male or female aged >=18 years; (3) There are no bad habits such as smoking, alcoholism, and drug use, and the rules of daily life; (4) No intestinal infection in one month; (5) Not using antibiotics and probiotics, and drinking yogurt within one month; (6) Do not use any antibiotic drugs during voluntary research; (7) Did not participate in a clinical trial within 3 months before the trial; (8) Tolerated venipuncture, no history of halo acupuncture; sampling process meets the requirements of the hospital ethics committee; (9) The subject is informed and agrees to cooperate; (10)Dialectical by traditional Chinese medicine does not belong to the xin qi deficiency syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. People with mental disorders and unwillingness to cooperate; 3. For those who are critically ill, the researcher judges that they cannot persist.
