20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-45 years old; 2. Preoperative diagnosis of benign gynecological disease; 3. Laparoscopic or uterine laparoscopic surgery was planned, and there was no vaginal bleeding before the operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without postoperative vaginal bleeding were excluded; 2. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of malignant tumors, such as cervical cancer, ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer, was excluded 3. Exclude pregnancy-related diseases such as ectopic pregnancy; 4. Excluded patients after total hysterectomy; 5. Exclude patients with cervical lesions; 6. Exclude patients with vaginal bleeding caused by blood diseases and immune diseases.
