Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the 2010 European Rheumatism Union and American Rheumatism Association RA classification standards;14-63 years old; informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant or lactating women; patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental illness; used hormones, DMARDs and biological agents uesed in the previous 3 months.
