Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Rxperiment group: Patients with stroke sequelae and limb numbness Diagnostic criteria: Chinese guideline for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, 2007. Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke; (2) confirm that the responsible focus is located in the subcortical area by imaging (MRI); (3) onset time: 6 months to 5 years; (4) accompanied by clinical manifestations of unilateral limb numbness; (5) muscle strength of the affected side of limb above level 3; (6) right handedness; (7) aged between 30-75 years men and women; (8) not accompanied by consciousness disorder, hearing and vision, cognitive and mental disorders, the condition; (9) not taking psychoactive drugs in the past month. 2. Control group: age and sex matched healthy population: Inclusion criteria: (1) right handedness; (2) aged between 30-75 years old, male and female; (3) physical examination shows that it belongs to the range of physical health, without organic and significant functional diseases; (4) no central nervous system, serious mental and physical diseases, no history of drug and alcohol dependence; (5) no infectious disease abnormalities (such as cold, headache, cough, etc.) in the experimental stage; (6) voluntary participation in this study and with stable emotional state.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage in cortex; 2. intracranial space occupying lesions, inflammation, craniocerebral trauma, epilepsy, etc.; other causes of brain white matter lesions and neurodegenerative diseases, etc.; 3. diabetic peripheral neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy and other diseases, combined with serious medical diseases; 4. mental diseases and serious cognitive disorders; 5. allergic constitution, easy to be combined Those with infection and bleeding; pregnant women, lactating women and menstrual women; 6. those who can't understand the cooperation examination or have other MRI examination taboos such as claustrophobia; 7. those who find serious skull anatomical structure asymmetry or definite lesions in MRI scanning.
