Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. The patients were aged between 18 and 80 years. 3. Cervical spondylotic myelopathy patients receiving surgical treatment (including anterior and posterior); 4. Signed Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are nursing or preparing for pregnancy; 2. Patients with liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases and mental diseases; 3. Patients with other spinal diseases, tumors, cerebral infarction, etc. that affect limb sensation and function; 4. A suspected history of alcohol or drug abuse, or, in judgment, a reduced likelihood of inclusion or admission; 5. Subjects who are participating in other drug clinical studies.
