Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 45-75 years old; (3) the frequency of hemodialysis was 3 times/week; (4) the vascular access was arteriovenous fistula; (5) communication barrier free; (6) those who agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) MHD patients with uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension, systolic blood pressure >200mmhg or 110mmhg or 120 times/min; (3) NYHA heart function grade IV or MRC dyspnea grade 4; (4) patients with acute and chronic respiratory diseases, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, infectious diseases, pregnancy or serious mental diseases; (5) long term use of drugs that affect lung function, such as bronchodilators, bronchoconstrictors and hormones; (6) incomplete laboratory inspection data; (7) have participated in other similar studies.
