60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 60-80 years; 2) Diagnosis of osteoarthritis, hospitalization elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia, no surgical contraindications; 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I or II; 4) BMI male <=35, female <=34; 5) Those with knee varus / valgus <15 degree; 6) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Deep vein thrombosis or lower extremity swelling before surgery; 2. Severe arrhythmia, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, epilepsy, mental illness; 3. Acupuncture at the points of Futu, Zusanli, Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan can not be performed; 4. Acupuncture treatment should be performed within 1 month before admission.
