Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) breast cancer patients (stage i-iii) older than 18 years old; (2) completed radiotherapy/chemotherapy 4-18 months after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) language barrier or communication barrier; (2) serious exercise taboos, such as cardiovascular or joint problems; (3) having any other serious illness or mental illness; (4) having received qigong exercise or other planned exercise; (5) no tumor recurrence or metastasis; (6) unable to use the Internet by oneself or with the help of others.
