Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine: (1) clinical manifestations: slow onset, mostly in the middle-aged and elderly obese people, mostly on one side, with a history of several months or years; pain in the heel, aggravated by walking; typical people stand up in the morning or sit up for a long time, severe pain in the heel, relieved after walking for a while, but aggravated after walking or standing for a long time; (2) signs: no Obvious swelling or slight swelling, tenderness on the metatarsal surface or side of the calcaneus; if the calcaneus is hyperosteogeny, the bony process can be touched; (3) X-ray manifestations: hyperosteogeny is common. 2. the first time of onset, the course of disease is within 1 month; 3. the age is more than 18 years old; 4. sign the informed consent, agree to receive treatment and cooperate with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with hemorrhagic diseases and coagulation disorders may cause local tissue bleeding, untreated, incurable or incurable hemorrhagic diseases; 2. patients with local skin damage, local or systemic inflammation or infection, and joint infection may occur; 3. ankle injury caused by acute trauma, such as muscle, tendon rupture, fracture, etc; 4. serious primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular disease, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. osteomyelitis of calcaneus, tuberculosis of calcaneus, tumor of calcaneus and local infection; 6. psychopaths.
