Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of the elderly and the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine. 2. Blood routine, urine routine, Coagulation, liver and Kidney function, thyroid function, electrocardiogram, chest radiography, hepatobiliary spleen and pancreas, urinary system Color Doppler Ultrasound are basically normal. 3. Persons aged between 60 and 80 years (excluding 80 years of age); voluntary participation and signing of informed consent, and willingness to follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, AIDS and other acute and chronic infectious diseases. 2. Complicated with malignant tumor. 3. Complicated with autoimmune diseases (as Chronic lymphoid thyroiditis, ulcerative colitis, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus and mixed connective tissue disease).
