Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) conform to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in ICU delirium; (2) Aged 18-90 years old; (3) staying in ICU for more than 24 hours; (4) Glasgowcomascale(GCS) score>8; (5) sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) patients with a history of mental illness or previous use of antipsychotic drugs and alcohol dependence; (3) patients with a history of craniocerebral trauma or with craniocerebral infectious diseases; (4) patients with severe allergic constitution, low immune system or deficiency, or allergic to the drugs used in the program; (5) currently participating in other drug researchers; (6) patients with massive gastrointestinal bleeding and fasting after digestive tract operation; (7) patients with severe limb dysfunction, visual impairment, hearing loss, etc., who were unable to express their subjective intention; (8) pregnant or lactating women; (9) those who were expected to be unable to survive more than 24 hours; (10) Those who do not agree to participate in this experiment.
