18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It has typical clinical symptoms of ALS and meets the diagnostic criteria of El Escorial. 2. Age ranges from 18 to 80 years, gender is not limited. 3. The course of disease is within 5 years. 4. Those who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic and endocrine diseases which are not controlled by the nervous system. 2. Psychiatric or dementia patients. 3. Those who abuse drugs or take other research drugs at the same time. 4. The condition is critical and it is difficult to make an accurate evaluation of the efficacy and safety of the experimental drugs. 5. Pregnancy, breast-feeding or pregnant potential and planned pregnancies. 6. In the past three months, participants have participated in other clinical trials or are currently participating in other clinical trials.
