Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The study subjects were healthy volunteers; 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 3. Physical examination of healthy people in the hospital physical examination center: Blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital diseases, heart, cerebrovascular, lung, liver, spleen, kidney and hematopoietic diseases, tumors, hemorrhagic diseases; 2. Mental illness; 3. Skin disease; 4. Scar or sensitive body.
