20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with upper back pain and lower extremity radiation pain, can be radiated to the calf or foot; straight leg elevation test or strengthen test positive; lower limbs affected by the innervation area, hypersensitivity / dullness, long-term disease may appear muscle atrophy toe muscle strength, Knee/Achilles tendon reflex changes; CT or MRI suggesting discriminant criteria for lumbar disc herniation; 2. Age 20-65 years old; 3. Imaging findings lumbar vertebral body, facet joints, lumbar intervertebral discs and other significant degenerative changes; 4. Repeated low back pain >= 3 months; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other major diseases of the lumbar vertebrae, such as tumors, tuberculosis, etc.; 2. Acute traumatic pain caused by trauma and surgery; 3. With major diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, hematopoietic system; 4. Mental patients; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
